After beating Australia on Thursday, India has reached the finals of ICC Women’s World Cup 2017. The final match will be played against England at London’s Lord’s ground. This is not the first time that Women’s cricket team has entered the World Cup finals; even in 2005, they had made this possible.
Yesterday, the team was practicing in the nets; the players are giving in their 100 percent in order to beat the hosts England. Amidst this, Sachin Tendulkar’s son Arjun Tendulkar was seen bowling to Veda Krishnamurthy.
Yes, the Master Blaster’s son is a specialist net bowler, which is why he chose to bowl and prepare them for the finals. Krishnamurthy could comfortably handle Arjun’s delivery.
Usually, Arjun spends a lot of time in practicing Cricket in England; Sachin also owns a flat near Lord’s ground.
The presenter for ESPN Cricinfo Melinda Farrell tweeted a video of this practice;

Arjun Tendulkar bowls really well and time and again, he gets credit for that. This practice session will not only help the women’s team but will also help Arjun to gain a grip over his technique. Obviously, facing senior players makes a lot of difference.
