Being a girl, has its own challenges and its own rewards.There are a few thing that the girls and only the girls enjoy , and while the so- called ‘feminists’ do not want you to know about it , I would still give you a sneak peek into the rewards girls get in the IT industry:-
1. ‘The Interview’ is easy with that killer smile.
While this stands true for some of those guys with looping smiles, the girls are more fortunate. Put together looks sail them through even when they miss to answer a few questions , the boys can’t even dare to pass by, if they miss those few queries in the same interview.
2. They never run out of “the Guy Best Friend” .
With so many guys to study or work with, it’s always easier to find the one they gel along and get that insight about how men think and what to do for that crush they have.And no I don’t mean the guy who was just ‘friendzoned’, i mean the one friend, with whom there is or never was any romantic interests shared 😛 😛
3. It’s easy to seek help.
Oh so you got fixed with that bug in your code?! Big deal !! there are always the ‘geeks’ who can solve it for you way easily, it saves your code and helps him boost his ego! good deal haan.. yup it is 🙂
4. They always get someone to drive them home
Yes so you got late fixing that error or attending that call, no worries look around and there will always be a guy who can drive you safely and happily back home.
And if nothing works then the companies are always easy on transport for the ‘lady associates’ 🙂 😀
5. And someone to pay for that coffee 😉 😀

Yes yes, I know about I-can-take-care-of-myself thing, and I am just talking about the chances you have 😉 😉 its same if not better than any other indusrty to work in, is not it?
6. They are always getting updates on the latest phone or gadget!
Thanks, to the indusrty and people in there ,they always know the exact pros and cons of a brand or model of the new phone launched, through that one gadget freak co-worker or the passionate coffee cup discussions.
7. Life is full of gossips 😉
they have a large social group that they can sit and have chilled beer with judge others and do harmless gossiping , without being judged 🙂 😀
8. An ‘Excuse to party’ is always handy
Your co-worker going on-site , that team mate’s farewell, oh the team lead got married! and 100 more to party around nd then you can make simillar ones when and if you want to ! 😉
9. Aint need a reason for shopping
The amount of money they make, shopping is easy and even if the salary is modest there is always that one reason to visit that ‘sale’ or splur on themselves.
10. Oh did I forget ‘the sick leaves’
Yes you know it.. no words needed.
