There are reports that Arnab Goswami has resigned from Times Now. His resignation was confirmed by a journalist of Times Now.
They are yet to have a board meeting for the same, but his exit is confirmed. Arnab was the unofficial voice of the nation and you will surely agree to this. His protests and debates were something that kept us glued to our TV sets.
He announced his resignation in a specially conducted editorial meeting, which he attended via video conferencing from Mumbai. Some reports say that Goswami has resigned because he wanted to start his own venture, but as of now there are no confirmations. Even now, we see teasers of Newshour with Arnab, so we are really wondering as to what is happening.

Some employees from Times Now stated that Goswami wouldn’t quit the media field. Some said that he will be starting a news channel with Rupert Murdoch and Rajeev Chandrashekhar. There were also some speculations about Arnab joining Fox News, a popular news organization in UK.
