Till last week, Jolly LLB 2 was enjoying a solo release; tough competition started in the 2nd week, when 3 movies The Ghazi Attack, Running Shaadi and Irada hit the big screens. Although Irada and Running Shaadi couldn’t even make a crore, the main fight was with Ghazi Attack. However, Akshay overpowered the real-life war drama with great ease.
On the first 2 days, The Ghazi attack collected 4 crores from the Hindi version(Friday + Saturday). On the other hand, Jolly LLB 2 was strong and collected 4.14 crores and 6.35 crores on Friday and Saturday i.e. a total of 10 crores.

The movie showed a slight jump on Sunday and minted 2.80 crores (Hindi version). Now, the total of Hindi version stands at 6.70 crores, which is not that bad. Although everyone has given a good performance, the audience hasn’t accepted this underwater drama well; however, mouth publicity helped the movie grow a bit. Talking about overall versions, the movie collected 6.25 crores on Sunday, thereby bringing the figure to 15.75 crores. If you notice, everyday, a growth of Rs 1 crore is being seen!

Jolly LLB 2 has stayed really strong even on the 2nd weekend. It showed a superb boost and collected 7.24 crores; now it has reached 95.44 crores, which is just 5 crores away from the esteemed 100 crores club. Strong word of mouth plus amazing performances by Annu Kapoor, Huma Qureshi, Saurabh Shukla & Akshay Kumar have helped the movie grow.
