In Moscow, it’s mandatory to have a clean car. Yes, if it’s unclean, you might be fined up to Rs 3,400. Imagine if this happened in India, LOL.

Reason is, Sweden hardly gets any sunlight during some months so they have made it compulsory to avoid accidents.

Indians can never ever adopt this law. In Cyprus, citizens are not allowed to eat or drink anything while driving. There’s a hefty fine for the same. We wonder what they must be doing on long journeys.
