After “Akira”, Sonakshi Sinha is back with one more female-centric movie, “Noor”. However, the film has witnessed a terrible opening; the occupancy rate was just 10 percent and this was least expected. There were predictions that the Sonakshi Sinha starrer would collect at least 3 crores on the opening day, but it couldn’t even collect that much.
Sonakshi plays the role of a frustrated journalist in this flick, which also stars Shibani Dandekar, Purab Kohli and Kanan Gill in pivotal roles.
Check out what Taran Adarsh tweeted;
#Noor has a dull start… Fri ₹ 1.54 cr [1450 screens]. India biz… Needs a major jump over the weekend to leave a mark.

OMG! The film had a dull start and could earn just 1.54 crores on the Friday; although people loved Sonakshi’s character, they weren’t pleased with the plot, which is why they didn’t give good reviews.
The film might pick pace on the weekend, but as of now, there’s no surety; everything depends on the word of mouth.
Even KRK tweeted about the bad collections; as usual, he preferred taunting rather than reporting.
