Toilet: Ek Prem Katha which released in theaters on Friday is witnessing a good growth every passing day. On Friday, it started slow, but on Saturday, it picked pace and witnessed a good growth. Yes, it earned around 17 crores on the 2nd day as compared to 13 crores on the opening day.
Positive word of mouth was spread and this was the main reason for the collections to boost. On Sunday, expectations were high. Luckily, the film took a huge jump!
Yes, on the 3rd day, there was a big growth in collections. We were expecting the movie to enter 50 crores club, but it has crossed that too.

On Sunday i.e. 3rd day, Toilet: Ek Prem Katha collected 21.25 crores and with this, the first weekend total has reached 51.45 crores. This is just so AWESOME. Looks as if people are loving the film.
Day 1 – 13.10 crores
Day 2 – 17.10 crores
Day 3 – 21.25 crores
Total – 51.45 crores
Once again, TEPK has beaten the 3rd day collections of JHMS. Yes, the Shah Rukh Khan movie had collected 15.50 crores on Sunday but TEPK has collected 5 crores more.
