A little something a four-year-old girl and her 12-year-old sister consumed the tea which her mother prepared for her husband, laced with poison. The incident occurred at Govinda Sardar Para on Monday, when Sita Rani Debbarma, offered tea to her second husband laced with poison with the clear intention of murdering him. Fortunately,her husband Goutam Debbarma did not consume the tea, which very unfortunately was drunk by his daughter’s.
Right after drinking the tea, both the daughter felt sick. While four year old Shriya died before reaching the hospital the elder sister is fighting for her life.
A case has been registered against the lady and Sita is under arrest by the police.
