Dal Makhani comprises urad dal (black beans) and other pulses. Also, it

Amritsari Kulcha is an Indian bread stuffed with a filling of potatoes, spices, onions, chilies, etc, cooked in a big tandoor oven. It is spicy in taste and crispy in texture, topped with butter.
