6 Youths Gang-Raped 40-Yr Woman & Posted Video On Social Media. RIP Humanity
Once again humanity has been ashamed as a 40 years old woman was not just gang-raped but the crime was also recorded by the accused who then uploaded the video on social media. Disgusting to the core!
The heinous crime was committed in Baran district a month ago but the rape survivor gathered courage to file a complaint on March 5 after she came to know that the video of her rape was posted online.

She lodged a complaint against six persons with Mahila police station, Baran. Cops booked all the accused under relevant sections of the IPC and IT acts. However, no accused has been taken into custody till now.
As per SHO Baran Anis Ahmed, the victim works at a Dhaba near Dakniya railway station, Kota. A month ago, she was going to visit her in-laws when 21 years old Chetan Meena, whom she knew, asked her to come with him on his bike and he promised to drop her at her in-laws’ house.
However, Chetan who is from Hingoniya village took her to a remote place near Samaspura village where his five accomplices joined him and raped the woman one by one. They also recorded the video and dropped the woman at her in-laws’ house next day. Not only this, they threatened her of murdering her family members if she told anyone about the incident.
The SHO said that all the six accused have been booked under Sec 376 of IPC act and other sections of IT act. He also told that three people can be seen clearly in the video, as they were committing the crime and recording it.
Police will record the woman’s statement under section 164 on Monday before Magistrate and now the investigation will be carried on by DSP, Baran.
Strict action must be taken against the culprits and they should be given maximum punishment. What do you say?
