Can you believe that a president spanked eight employees for not performing well, and that too, publicly? Sounds hard to believe, doesn’t it? Well, it’s true and a video of the shameful act has gone viral over web and social media. It features an angry man who spanks his employees in front of many other people, asking them the reason for not exceeding themselves.
Changzhi Rural Commercial Bank’s president seems to be quite tough as well as cruel, not hesitating from doing just anything to get good results. He simply said, “get your b*tts ready” and took 4 spanking rounds and this was so painful that one girl used to jump every time he was spanking her.

The whole incident was captured by a person from the audience and posted on People’s Daily. After the disgraceful happening, president of the bank is suspended. Not only this, the bank has also made an announcement of investigating the matter.
This video didn’t go well with users too who shared their disappointment and displeasure. As per a user, “When I first saw this, I thought it was another cheap public relations stunt from a bank but I can’t believe this is real,” while another said “This is nothing but degrading and it’s so obscene to watch, where are the leadership values?”
