Now, we are going to tell you a crazy story of this Game of Thrones Fan! Yes, he is such a crazy fan aht he used GoT theme for applying for the job. Guess, what he was successful in this attempt!
Since this epic show is quite viral, he thought of using this theme and wooing the employers. Not only this, this user by the name of Blueddit4 got a hilarious reply for the same from the HR department.
A snapshot of the conversation between him and the employer was posted on Reddit! You would love the way how he has submitted his job application.
Want to know what’s the 1st sentence of his application? Well it was “I am Blueddit4, first of his name…hunting for a job. Attached is my resume to prove I am worthy to serve the House of Symph”
Well, House of Symph is the company name to which he applied. Moreover he also ended it with a phrase that Theon Greyjoy used “What is unemployed may never eat” and a common phrase use Iron Islands’ people “What is dead may never die”. You can relate to this only if you know the series and watch it regularly! Have a look at the application!
It reads as “I am blueddit 4, first of his name, graduated fresh from University of [redacted], scientist of computers, hunting for a job. Attached is my resume to prove that I am worthy to serve House Symph … Thank you for taking your time in reading my application via virtual crow.What is unemployed may never eat,” a Greyjoy slogan “What is dead may never die.”
Now as soon as the HR by name My Lord received this application, he immediately replied to the same saying that his memories of GoT have been refreshed with such an application and also asked Blueddit4 to come down to the office at 10 am next morning. Have a look at his reply!
The HR Replied “Greetings blueddit 4. I was just beginning to recover and move on with life after the last season ended. I’m unsure if I should thank you or hate you for bringing up the memories. Anyway let’s meet. Are you free to come to the House Symph tomorrow at the strike of 10 in the morning. I’ll arrange to have bread and salt prepared to ensure your safe passage.”
Then Blueddit4 further apologized for opening up these closed scars. Have a look at his reply!
He replied “Apologies for opening up your closed scars inflicted by our beloved series. I believe hate is not an option as early now as we have yet to be acquainted with each other tomorrow. Expect my presence at House Symph at the strike of 10 in the morning, carrying the banner of House. I shall represent our house well.
