‘Kabali’ has overpowered ‘Sultan’ too and has released on 5000 screens in India. Earlier, ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’ had this record since it was released in 4800 screens, but now ‘Kabali’ has broken it.

In terms of enjoyment, people are thoroughly enjoying Kabali’s music but even in terms of sales, the music has done very well. In fact it has become the best selling album on iTunes in Sri Lanka, Malaysia, Singapore and India.
3. Advance bookings!
People are crazy behind ‘Kabali’ and due to this craze, all advance booking records have been crashed. Now, till Monday, no tickets are available in Karnataka, Kerala and Tamil Nadu.
4. Beats ‘Baahubali’ too!
‘Kabali’ has created a buzz since it has minted 200 crores before release itself. Yes, the music rights of the movie were purchased by Sony at a very high price price. With this, it beats ‘Baahubali’ which garnered 162 crores before release.
5. ‘Kabali’ is the largest multi-lingual release!
Today, this Rajnikanth starrer has released in 4 languages; Malay, Hindi, Telegu and Tamil. Now, this is going to be the 1st Indian movie which is released in Malay language. There are reports that it would be releasing in Indonesian, Thai, Japanese and Chinese languages too.
6. Promotions have made it a hit!
Makers have put in every effort they could for promoting the movie. Moreover, they even went to the extent of designing a Kabali themed plane. Has any other movie done this? NO!
