A Small WhatsApp Fight Led To Something Very Dangerous! You Won’t Believe What Happened!

Nowadays, almost everyone of us loves to spend hours and hours on WhatsApp, isn’t it? We share our pictures, videos, funny messages and almost every update, throughout the day. But what if these conversations start taking an ugly turn? Yes, something similar happened with these 2 boys and it led to nothing but ‘STABBING’.

Well, what happened was that Manish Shah who works with his dad (Steel polishing business) got extremely pissed off when his friend Shreyas Navalkar, started hailing abuses at him for some reason, which he just couldn’t digest.

They exchanged some chats on WhatsApp and it seems Manish got so angry that he took his bike all the way from Dadar to Grant Road, just to take revenge. Do you know what he did to Navalkar?

Well, he brutally stabbed him and this led to a 5 inch injury in Shreyas’ stomach, isn’t it bad? This incident happened near Grant Road’s Naaz Cinema at around 3pm on Friday. It is sad to see how a small fight can turn into such a big attack.

What was the reason?

Well Shreyas and Manish were active on a WhatsApp group titled ‘Bond’ with around 12-14 friends, since a long time. Cracking jokes and making fun of each other was a common affair. But God knows what happened that one fine day, a casual fight took a very ugly turn. Both of them started abusing each other and also started giving bad words to their families. Out of anger, Manish quit the group 2 days prior to this incident.

“The WhatsApp group comprised 12 to 14 friends. The accused alleged that though he had left the group, Navalkar made fun of him on phone and used expletives. On Friday, one of their common friends, Jay Sony, called up Shah in Navalkar’s presence from Naaz Cinema compound. Navalkar allegedly took Sony’s phone and passed some remarks. A furious Shah asked Navalkar to wait for him,”

A senior police officer adds

“He got into an altercation with Navalkar and all of a sudden pulled out a knife and stabbed him in the stomach. Other friends panicked and rushed him to Harkisondas Hospital in the vicinity. Shah also accompanied them to the hospital,”

Cops arrived as soon as they got the information and arrested Shah. Officials added

“The accused got so furious that he did not even remove the knife’s Rexine cover, which tore inside Navalkar’s body. We have seized the weapon as evidence,”

Police is trying to figure out as to why Shah had purchased this knife. As of now, they have seized his phone and he has been booked under IPC 326. In case the charge gets approved, he can be imprisoned for life.
