‘Promotion’, this is one thing that every employee dreams of right from the day he joins the office, isn’t it? Why not, after months of struggle, efforts and over-time, this is one thing that gives motivation to work and achieve goals.
But wait; have you faced any hurdles involved in this process? Well, I am sure that if you are working in a private firm, you must have definitely experienced a lot of them.
Nowadays, employees are being exploited in the name of ‘Promotion’, thanks to those never ending taxes. For a full month, you struggle and give around 10 hours a day to your job, but what do you get at the end? TAX DEDUCTIONS & Peanuts! This is extremely frustrating; a person works hard for his family and tries his best to give every comfort to them, but does he get the salary he deserves? NO!
Moreover, there is lot of bias, when it comes to promoting girls. Just because the employers have a typical mindset that girls won’t utter a single word on being exploited, they continue to dominate them, deduct salaries and try every possible way to harass them.
