In the most bizarre classified advertisement for selling the house in Indonesia. A women threw herself open for marriage along with the proposal of selling house. The Online Ad reads like a ubiquitous description saying the house has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a parking space and a fish pond.
But a “Rare Offer” is also attached with it which says, “When you buy the house you can ask the owner to marry you”. The house in Sleman, on the island of Java, is owned by a 40-year old widow and beauty salon owner Wina Lia. After this advertisement, she has become quite popular as journalists come to interview her and has been termed “very smart” for her rare offered ad. You can see the lady in question in the picture where she is sitting in a swing.
The house which values around 48 lacs (INR) has seen only 1 potential buyer. Since the police of the country has been querying her as the ad is considered inappropriate. However, Lia – a mother of herself is shock for the overwhelming response, because she asked her friend who is a property dealer to advertise her space and in the meantime find a suitable groom for her.
“I told a friend of mine who also works as property agent that if there is a buyer who is a single man or a widower who wants to buy a house, and at the same time look for a wife, he can let me know as I’m also a widow,” she said
