Who doesn’t dream of a lucrative job with good incentive and bonus and not to mention, a lot of other benefits like paid leaves or even vacations and trips at the expenses of boss… Needless to say, every individual wishes to get a job like this but how many of us actually get it?
Well, there is one diamond businessman of Surat, Gujarat, named Govind Dholakia who seems to ensure that his employees get not only the best but out of the box and never think of any other job or leaving the company. I mean who would want to leave if they are given so many add-ons other than salary.
But you would definitely wish to quit your job and join there after reading what Govind Dholakia gifted to not only his 300 employees but also their family members. He brought them all, i.e., around 1200 people on a paid vacation of 10 full days to “Land of the Gods”, Uttarakhand.
Govind Dholakia, called “Kakaji” by his staff, is the owner of Mumbai & Surat-based Shree Ramkrishna Exports. As per reports, he announced a holiday of not just a week but 15 days, made arrangements of an AC train especially for his employees which cost a huge amount of Rs. 90 lakhs.
This is what an employee of this Surat diamond merchant said,
“Our employer treats us like his own family members and travels with us.”
As per the employee, this is like an annual fixture Kakaji organizes.
It’s even a more wonderful thing that this group shows interest in social work as well other than fun vacations. According to Manish Rajput of Rishikesh’s Swargashram Nagar Panchayat, they cleaned a stretch of 500m (from Ram Jhula to Ved Niketan Ashram).
It’s certainly an inspiring initiative that further raises awareness on “Clean India Campaign”. We definitely need more bosses like Mr. Dholakia who made extraordinary efforts to keep their staff members happy and energetic!!
