This image is circulating over web and social media, highlighting a major mistake on the part of the govt. but do people really think that Modi govt. can make such a big mistake? Is it really a typo error?

  4. Kannada – ಎರಡು ಸಾವಿರ ರುಪಾಯಿಗಳು

  6. Konkani – दोन हजार रुपया
  7. Malayalam – രണ്ടായിരം രൂപ
  8. Marathi – दोन हजार रुपये
  9. Nepali – दुई हजार रुपियाँ
  10. Odia – ଦୁଇ ହଜାର ଟଙ୍କା
  11. Punjabi – ਦੋ ਹਜ਼ਾਰ ਰੁਪਏ
  12. Sanskrit – द्विसहस्रं रूप्यकाणि
  13. Tamil – இரண்டாயிரம் ரூபாய்
  14. Telugu – రెండు వేలు రూపాయలు
  15. Urdu – دو ہزار روپ

If we look at the left side of the note, we can easily find it written in Hindi.
