It is shocking to see how inhuman one can be! A new incident has come to light wherein the nanny of a baby crèche in Navi Mumbai’s Khargarh is brutally beating and kicking a 10 month old girl. Police officials have arrested the owner of the day care center.
The CCTV footage of the same went viral in no time and soon, Pankaja Munde, the Women and Child Development Minister of Maharashtra stated that CCTVs must be compulsorily installed in such centers.
This incident came to the spotlight when the CCTV footage of Purva Play School and Creche was analyzed by the parents of the infant and police officials.
Yesterday, police arrested Afsana Sheikh and the owner of the center Priyanka Nikam. Later, Nikam was released on bail, but Sheikh was taken in police custody.
Rajat Sinha and Ruchita Sinha, the parents of this 10 month old would leave her at the day care center since both were working. On Tuesday they found a wound on her forehead.
When Ruchita questioned the owner about this, she ignored. Then, later when they took the baby to the Doctor they came to know that it was child abuse.
Without any further delay Ruchita and Rajat lodged a formal complaint at Khargarh Police station. Everyone was shocked to see this CCTV footage in which Afsana is treating the child so brutally.
Immediately, an offence was registered against Nikam and Afsana under section 325 of IPC and section 23 of Juvenile Justice Act 2000.
Currently, the treatment of the child is going on in a private hospital. Have a look at the video & you will surely feel like killing Afsana.
