Just like all other items, you can even shop for cash online on Snapdeal; the delivery will be made within a period of 24 hours, can you believe that?
Moreover, you don’t have to pay a huge amount for getting this; Snapdeal will charge just Re 1 for the order and you can pay it through your debit card or through the Wallet.
Snapdeal has termed this initiative as Cash@home and it is surely going to help people deal with cash crunch. However, a maximum of Rs 2000 can be availed per booking; an ATM card must be used for paying for this cash. The customers wouldn’t have to order anything else for availing this facility.
Currently, the services are available in Gurugram and Bengaluru and very soon other metro cities can also get this benefit.
Rohit Bansal, the co-founder of Snapdeal says
“As the country transitions to a more digitally-enabled economy, we have launched a series of timely initiatives – from wallet and card on delivery, to extending FreeCharge partnerships to smoothen this transition.”
Further, he added
“We aim to be the marketplace that seamlessly services every customer need. The launch of the cash-on-demand service is intended to further help our consumers tide over any cash crunch that they might face in addressing their daily needs.”
Here are the steps to order;
1. Download the latest version of Snapdeal app !
2. You’ll find a banner like this!
3. Click on it and enter the pin code
4. Fill the home address
5. Make a payment of Re. 1
6. Snapdeal executive will come home with Rs 2000; you need to pay him by swiping ATM card.
