Yes, a case has been registered against them by Anil Dwivedi, a lawyer from Bareilly. The lawyer believes that Bigg Boss hurts religious sentiments of Hindus and also promotes obscenity. On these grounds, a case has been filed against Swami, Salman and Raj, in Uttar Pradesh Court.
The hearing of this case is on the 13th of February before Chief Judicial Magistrate Kusumlata Rathore. In the petition, the lawyer stated that Om Swami used abusive and foul language in the recent episodes. Moreover, he holds Raj and Salman responsible for tolerating and promoting his behavior.
