Vidya Balan is known for her bindaas statements and she never leaves out any chance to criticize journalists when they go wrong. She doesn’t hesitate to speak her mind out during promotional events or interviews. Currently, Vidya is busy with the promotions of her upcoming film “Begum Jaan” and during a recent event, her fans got to see one more example of her straight forwardness.
A reporter asked her to narrate an incident wherein her ego was hurt; she did share one and it was surprising.
Vidya reveals that when she was new in the industry, photographers had insulted her by pushing her aside, so as to get some good clicks of Aamir Khan. This was when Vidya was at a funeral; photographers and journalists surrounded her when she entered but the moment Aamir came, they shifted their focus to him and pushed Vidya aside.
Vidya Balan was very hurt after this and she even shared the incident with the family. Her family members convinced her that Aamir Khan is a bigger star than her and enjoys great respect, since he’s in B-Town since years. Vidya was convinced after this and had no complaints.
In fact, the actress realized that she shouldn’t have taken it as an offence.
