Twitter Reacts On Indigo’s Ad “Sleep With Your Wife”

There has been an old ad of IndiGo that was found ‘sexiest’ as you can see in the image. Don’t know whether the maker of this advertisement really intended to make it sexy or it is only the perspective of people that the ad with a message of ‘same day return flights from all metros’ turned out to be sexy.

Let’s take a look at some of these tweets exploding on Twitter these days-

Disgraceful tasteless sexist corporate ad from @IndiGo6E airlines. Because women don't work/fly/what? pic.twitter.com/nKOuxOOVaw

Whatever the thing is, it is trending on Twitter, a social media and microblogging site, now-a-days and facing bitter response of people in the form of many tweets.

A pregnant woman is a size 50. Thanks @VOGUEIndia for the stereotype&thanks @IndiGo6E for telling us that men are the only flyers u care for

However, at the same time, it is also ambiguous as to how an ‘old’ ad turned up dynamically and is receiving the criticism of folks which is clearly apparent by their tweets.

.@PriyamvadaGopal @theladiesfinger alienating *a lot* of women travellers @IndiGo6E

— Karuna Nundy (@karunanundy) March 30, 2015

People have criticized IndiGo for targeting only men as if women don’t work and fly.

@karunanundy @theladiesfinger @IndiGo6E Apparently ad is from couple years ago, but doesn't change much. Stop your sexism, Indian ad world
