Police is doubtful that the revolver used by Mirza is registered in the name of his father, Mirza Muhammad Ali Baig, who is the owner of a school named Progress High School, Falaknuma. Police is planning to take an action against the father soon.

After the video was posted on Facebook, it shortly went viral and police started an investigation. Falaknuma ACP Tajuddin said,

“We booked a case against the man after coming across the video in social media. It came to light that he had fired the weapon on May 5 on his birthday. We booked a case against him under the Arms Act. The man is now absconding. A search has been launched to nab him.”

As per police officials, the youngster’s father and brother have two licensed guns so they both are being questioned by the police. ACP said that these licensed weapons should be handled with too much care by the owner and use of these weapons by any other person is illegal. He said,

“We will take action against the owners of firearms also. Their license can be cancelled if it is found that they allowed others to misuse their weapon.”

Celebrations do have their limits, don’t they? Who do you think is guilty in this case?
