This Friday, fans got a double treat; on one side, there was a women-centric movie “Lipstick Under by Burkha”, while on the other side, there was a dance drama “Munna Michael”, starring Nawazuddin Siddiqui, Tiger Shroff and Nidhi Aggerwal.
After earning over 6.65 crores on the first day, Munna Michael maintained the stability on the 2nd day as well. Fans have liked the film, especially the talented Jodi of Nawazuddin and Tiger. We all hoped that this movie too will win hearts just like Heropanti and Baaghi and yes, to some extent it did happen.
On the other hand, Lipstick Under My Burkha has witnessed a slight growth on Saturday. Let’s see what Taran Adarsh has to say about the 2nd day collections of both the films.

In spite of being released in just 3000 screens, Munna Michael earned 6.65 crores on the 1st day and 6.15 crores on the 2nd day, thereby bringing the total to 12.80 crores. A rise in numbers can be seen on Sunday, because people are giving positive word of mouth.

The collections were very low on the first day, but it’s because the film has released in just 400 screens. However, a slight growth was possible on the 2nd day, may be because the people have liked the movie’s bold subject. Yes, it minted 2.17 crores on Saturday.

Munna Michael’s subject is very good and moreover, the acting is just perfect. Let’s wait and watch how much the film earns on Sunday.
