Mukesh Ambani is the richest man in India, but do you know, that he has created a record all over Asia too?
Yes, today we came across a new report which suggests that Mukesh Ambani has surpassed Li Ka-Shing, the Hong Kong businessman, to become the 2nd richest man in Asia.
Li Ka-Shing, who was on the 2nd position, has gone down to the 4th now.
This is one more achievement on Mukesh Ambani’s name. Want to know how this was possible? Well, all credit goes to the launch of Jio’s 4G services.
This was highlighted by Bloomberg Billionaires Index. As per the report, around $12.5 billion i.e. around 77,000 crores have been added to his wealth this year as prices of stocks surged high.
Wondering what made this boost possible? Most of it came due to the launch of JioPhone that was launched on 21st of July. Now, Mukesh Ambani’s net worth is $34.8 billion i.e. 2.2 lakh crores.
