We keep hearing of horrific rape cases every now and then. We really wonder as to what makes rapists do such an inhuman act. Yet another case has come to light and this time, the target is an innocent 11 year old girl.
We were shocked to know that this 11 year old girl was brutally gang-raped and that too in front of her family. 3 rapists raped her at gunpoint by forcefully entering her house in Gwalior. Police officials say that they sexually assaulted her in front of her teenage brother and mother on Wednesday.
Police have arrested those 3 rapists on Saturday night; we really pity her family and can’t even imagine how they must have felt on seeing bad happening to their girl.
Raghuvir Meena, the in-charge of Bijoli police station (Gwalior), said that the girl was at home and suddenly, 3 men forcefully entered at around 1 am. Police said, “While two accused threatened to shoot her mother and 14-year old brother, the third one raped the girl.”
The one who raped the girl is identified as Jhanwar Singh Kushwaha (36) and the other 2 are identified as Ramniwas Kushwah (24) and Raju Kushwaha (25).
Police have arrested them and now, investigations are being carried out. All 3 of them have been booked under IPC sections 450 (House-trespass for committing offence), 376 D (Gang rape), 34 and 506 (Criminal intimidation).
They have even been charged under different sections of POSCO. They have crossed all limits of inhumanity and deserve severe punishment for the same. What’s your take?
