There have been many cases of carelessness and irresponsibility towards duty on the part of policemen but this is really heights that a car ran over a poor dog and this policeman neither took any action against the driver nor took the dog to a doctor. It’s really a great shame on him that such a heinous incident took place in his presence and the culprit easily rushed from the place without any inquiry. Moreover, people passing by although saw it, did not do any effort for the dog, such as to provide it medical help or waking up the cop’s conscience about it.
It’s very shameful. Must watch in this video the brutality, negligence and carelessness of human beings…
