Politics may have been accused of being a dirty game and most of the young people choose not to be associated with it but there are some youngsters who don’t mind entering politics for playing an important role in the development of the country.
We have seen and talked about many young Indian politicians but today we are going to tell you about a female Pakistani politician who has gained a huge following not only in real life but on social media as well.
We are talking about Momina Basit, who is a leader of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf and the youngest member of party. She is now all set to become a member of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Assembly as she is also included in the list of female party leaders for the reserved seats. She may have not fought general elections but she deserves to become the member of assembly because of the hard work that she has done for the party. However, it is not clear as to what role she will be given in the next government which will be formed in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province.
If you remember, the general elections took place in Pakistan on July 25 and Imran Khan’s party Tehreek-e-Insaf may have not attained majority but Imran Khan is almost all set to be the next PM of Pakistan with the help of other small parties and independent candidates.
