Yes, although the price in other website are less, still she preferred to buy from Flipkart because of the trust that has been built with the brand. Unfortunately such incident made her loose all the built-up trust over the last few months. Though Flipkart has easy exchange option but the seal of Snapdeal tells a complete different mystery story.
The Abrazo watch which would have cost Rs.2100 when bought through Snapdeal, already charged more in Flipkart and then such a case of damaged reputation.
