Do you remember the time when Ronaldo challenged Messi to join him in Italy? Well, turns out Ronaldo is not taking the challenge as a joke. He is pretty serious about it.
And he found the perfect reply for it. Ronaldo had said that Messi should join him in Italy and take up the challenge just like him.
He had further added that he likes being challenged daily and wanted the same for his counterpart in Argentina.
When Messi was asked about the same, he flat out refused. He said that he was perfectly happy where he was and did not feel the need to change.
He said that there was no dearth of challenges on his team. It was his home and he was comfortable in it. There is no reason for him to leave.
He believes that this banter that the two have going back and forth is healthy. He added that his team was the best in the world and that he did not wish to change.
