The Bollywood actor Sunny Deol is currently enjoying the success of his latest release “Gadar 2” which is a sequel of his 2001 released movie “Gadar: Ek Prem Katha”. The first movie was a blockbuster and “Gadar 2” has also broken many records at the box-office, it has earned around Rs. 510 crore till now.
Sunny Deol is mostly known as an action hero in the movie industry but he has been linked with few actresses during his career. However, he felt embarrassed when he was asked about an incident related to an actress and it took place during the shooting of his debut movie “Betaab”. Released in 1983, “Betaab” was the debut movie of both Sunny Deol and Amrita Singh, while the movie was a big hit, it is also being said that Sunny and Amrita dated each other for some time.
In an episode of the popular talk show Aap Ki Adalat, anchor Rajat Sharma said to Sunny Deol that his father Dharmendra calls him Sadhu (saint) of the family and Dharmendra also narrated an incident to prove this. Rajat said that Dharmendra talked about the time when “Betaab” was being shot, the veteran actor said that he asked his son Sunny to hug Amrita but he wasn’t able to do that and after hearing this, Sunny was left embarrassed.
As per reports, Sunny Deol got married to Pooja Deol around the release of his debut movie but it is being said that the marriage was kept secret for few years. As of now, they both are married for 40 years and their son Karan Deol recently got married to Drisha Acharya.
