On the batting side, Punjab Kings have looked sharp and confident. Young openers Prabhsimran Singh and Priyansh Arya have been key to their success. In just three matches, the duo has already put together two partnerships of over fifty runs, giving the team strong starts.
Aaron Finch praised the team’s clarity in roles. He highlighted how PBKS have allowed players to bat in positions they are comfortable with, rather than constantly changing roles. This stability, combined with the fearless approach of young batters, has helped them put early pressure on opponents. Their aggressive intent from the very first ball has been particularly impressive, often disrupting the plans of opposing bowlers and captains.
