Royal Challengers Bengaluru all-rounder Krunal Pandya has put an end to the ongoing speculation about tension with his younger brother Hardik Pandya, who currently leads Mumbai Indians. During a rapid-fire round, Krunal dismissed the rumours with a simple one-word reply, making it clear that there’s no issue between them.
In the same interaction, Krunal Pandya shared his views on some of the best players in the game. He named Hardik and Mumbai Indians legend Kieron Pollard as the top finishers in cricket. Reflecting on his own journey, Krunal played a key role in helping RCB secure their first ever title in the T20 league last year. Meanwhile, Hardik, who earlier led Gujarat Titans to a title in their debut season four years ago, has faced a challenging return to Mumbai Indians.
Krunal Pandya also praised Chris Gayle as the best batter, while calling Rohit Sharma and MS Dhoni the finest captains. He highlighted Virat Kohli’s cover drive as the most elegant shot in cricket and once again credited Kieron Pollard as the best fielder.
When it came to bowling, Krunal Pandya picked Jasprit Bumrah as the top seamer, while Rashid Khan and Sunil Narine were his choices for best spinners. He also named Lasith Malinga as the best death-over bowler.
Speaking about his ambitions, Krunal Pandya emphasised that representing the country remains his ultimate goal. He said that he focuses on performing well and winning matches, leaving the rest to fate, while staying grateful for the opportunities he has already received in international cricket.
Finally, things get cleared.
