You might have heard the name of Sri Sairam College since it’s in news for last few days on account of extremely harsh and severe out-of-date rules which are being imposed on students. There have not been many days when a list depicting “Special Instructions for Girls” had gone viral and compelled people to think that the place of the college must be changed to Saudi Arabia.
Recently, the college alumni uploaded a video in which they bring to light the bitter reality and cruel fact describing how a thug named Balu controls the institution, humiliating and torturing students. What’s even more shocking is that the college’s Principal and even the CEO don’t have guts or courage of interfering, neither they put up a question for his abominable practices which are being employed in the name of “discipline”.
The alumni make an attempt of supporting the protest against Balu’s rules and humiliation through the video, demanding his dismissal as soon as possible.
In the video, they describe how they had been tortured and humiliated by Balu when they were studying in the college. The experience is so frightening that they burst into tears even after almost a decade remembering what happened with them or people around them at the college.
