Mark Zuckerberg, founder and CEO of the world’s biggest social networking site, announced that he is going to take Paternity Leave for 2 months after his daughter’s birth. Mark posted this on his official facebook account. This comes out to be a Strong message from one of the busiest executives of US and the way he decided to give importance to his family.

The post has dragged a quite a lot of attention with over 1,78,200+ Likes and more than 8,000 comments. Mark wrote ” This is a very personal decision” along with a pic of his dog Beast & a yellow baby carrier. Mark Zuckerberg married Priscilla Chan on May 19th 2012 and in the mid of this year Mark announced that he and Priscilla were expecting a baby girl.
Facebook, world’s most popular social networking site allows all of its US employees to take a Paternity or Maternity leave upto four months. This leave is a paid one and can be taken all at once or thoroughout the first year after their child’s birth.
In the absence of Mark Zuckerberg it is expected that the COO of Facebook Sheryl Sandberg will assume the leadership who oversees all of the Facebook’s advertising. Also Chris Cox, Cheif Product Officer is likely to head the products which was under Zuckerberg’s control.
