Just 2 Days Before Release Of Dilwale, SRK APOLOGIZED For His “Intolerance” Remark - RVCJ Media

The King Khan of Bollywood Shah Rukh Khan was the first one from Bollywood to make a comment on the “growing intolerance” in India but now he has made an apology for his comment on ABP News’ Special Show Press Conference, and he said, “There is no intolerance in India, all is fine.”

When Shah Rukh was asked a question about Aamir Khan’s comments when he was in a program on ABP Ananda, he said that he has got everything from the country.

He further added, “I tell my children that don’t make judgements about religion and other small issues. These are normal things and everybody does that. But sometimes, people quote out of context. This doesn’t mean there is intolerance for me in the country.”

Shah Rukh supported all those who were returning their awards in a protest against the growing intolerance in the country and at that time he said that, “there is extreme intolerance in India.” This statement was given by him on his 50th birthday.

King Khan’s comments did attract the anger and criticism from BJP leaders such as Kailash Vijaywargiya and MP Yogi Adityanath but he also got the support of many prominent personalities, film celebrities and political figures.

Shah Rukh has given a message to his critics that, “Religious intolerance, or intolerance of any kind, is the worst thing and will take us to the dark ages…nobody has more right to live in this country than me, and I am not going to leave. So shut up.”
