NO Kapil Sharma’s “Comedy Nights with Kapil” from January 2016?

We all love Kapil Sharma and his entertaining comedy show “Comedy Nights with Kapil”, isn’t it? Well, if you too are a great fan of Kapil and his amazing sense of humor, this must be like a bolt from the blue that viewers’ favorite reality show is to wind up after completing 3 successful years on Indian TV channel Colors. According to a report of ABP live.com, its last show would probably be telecasted on January 17 2016. As reported by a top English newspaper previously, team of the show has made up its mind to put a stop to Comedy Nights With Kapil in view of the fact that they are feeling sad on account of ‘step-motherly treatment received from the channel’.

What’s more, the team feels that Colors has sidelined their show to promote Comedy Nights Bachao with more vigor. In the words of Kapil Sharma, “We have been successfully entertaining the audience for the past three years with our content. But when our show became a habit for the viewers, they introduced another one on similar lines. Celebrities who readily agreed to come on our show were told that they will have to make an appearance on the other show as well. I understand the pressure on the channel to work towards making their shows a hit, but not at the cost of sabotaging an established one.”

Besides, Kapil maintained that he does not have any issues on Colors’ decision of launching new programmes; however, he is of the opinion that the same channel’s two different shows shouldn’t have the similar celebs and content.
