BAJIRAO MASTANI Crossed An Unexpected Mark On 3rd Weekend! Must Check Out

Bajirao Mastani is among the most discussed movies of the year not only for being a grand movie by Sanjay Leela Bhansali but also for its clash with Rohit Shetty’s Dilwale which has made it talk of the town. And you’ll be pleased to know that it has finally collected Rs. 301 Crore in the international and domestic markets ever since it was released. The 3rd weekend of the movie closed at Rs. 301 crores worldwide, INR 211 crore gross (INR 162.35 crore NBOC) in India whereas INR 90 crore ($13.5 million) in foreign countries.

To mention what Nandu Ahuja, Senior Vice-President of Eros International, stated, “Mr. Bhansali’s Bajirao Mastani is truly a celebration of Indian cinema and while it’s no surprise to see the film being so universally accepted, the euphoria surrounding it and its steady performance all through since its release has been remarkable. The critical acclaim and the incredible response has been extremely encouraging and humbling. The Christmas and New Year holiday weekends have shown tremendous footfalls and with no new release for another week, we expect this phenomenon to continue.” Bajirao Mastani has been claimed as 3rd highest grosser of the year 2015.
