This article is not to offence women but it’s for their friends who should know what not to say to a girl who is dealing with this most natural annoying phenomenon. I mean, come on! At least be nice to girls when they are down. Periods are hurting. Don’t piss us. Period.

4. I have heard working out helps with the menstrual cramps.
5. Are you on your period?
6. You eat A LOT for your size.
7. Don’t you get annoyed knowing you have plastic between your legs? OR Are sanitary napkins annoying?
8. Don’t be upset/emotional. Maybe it’s because you’re PMSing.
9. Look at it this way- At least you’re not pregnant.
10. Let’s go out and party.
