The Perfectionist of Bollywood, Aamir Khan has surprised everyone on his 51st birthday with his lean body and this new look of the actor is a result of the preparation that he is doing in order to play the role of a wrestler, Mahavir Singh Phogat in the upcoming movie, Dangal.
However, for this lean look, Aamir has undergone a strict exercise and diet regime for 3 months in Arizona, USA.

As per sources, Aamir’s day began at 6 am in the morning
His morning used to begin with trekking at the hilly regions of the area, then he used to ride bicycle, play tennis, swimming and do weight exercises.
A special diet chart was made for Aamir and he stuck to it, religiously.
