On Sunday, an Assistant commissioner, Sales Tax, was arrested by the Muzaffarnagar police on the charges of misbehaving and molesting a married lady who is the wife of a police constable.
The name of the assistant commissioner is Subhash Chandra and he not only misbehaved with the lady but also talked to her in dirty language as well as used inappropriate words. He went on say to her that why she is living with the constable as she is so beautiful and then he offered her to live with him. The lady told the police that Subhash used to show condoms to her and tried to make physical advances.
Subhash and Jaibir who worked as a constable in Local investigative unit used to live in a house in Keshvpuri and Jaibir’s wife has alleged that Subhash tried to pull her in his room forcibly. However, she managed to escape and called her husband to tell about the incident who immediately informed the police.
When the police reached the location, Subhash misbehaved with them too as he was drunk. Moreover, later in the police station also, he threatened the police officials. Subhash underwent a medical test and it was confirmed that he was under the influence of alcohol.
Police has registered a case against him; however, he was released on bail later.
