How exciting it would be if you are just 10 years old and you get a whooping $10,000!! Can’t even imagine the happiness and thrill, isn’t it? Well, this boy of 10 might also have got the same feeling and exhilaration when Facebook paid him the huge sum of $10,000 to spot a bug in Instagram, which is a highly popular platform for sharing pics and is owned by Facebook.

Yes, that’s right! Jani from Finland got to know about a security bug in Instagram, as reported by VentureBeat.com which is a technology site. The bug he found required individuals to be of minimum 13 years of age prior to sign up and it enables him to remove a comment on the social media platform.

As per the report, “He reported the bug by email, offered proof by deleting a message on one of Facebook’s test Instagram accounts and it was fixed in February. Facebook paid him the bug bounty in March.”
