The Chief Executive of Facebook Inc, Mark Zuckerburg and his life partner, Priscilla Chan are going to become parents as they are hoping for the arrival of a baby girl soon. Mark announced this good news on his Facebook page.
Mark married Priscilla in 2012 and the duo were making efforts to become parents; however, Priscilla had three miscarriages earlier but this time they are sure that everything will be fine as the risk of miscarriage seems low. No information has been given about the expected time of delivery of baby.
Mark uses his Facebook page to make announcements concerning his official and personal matters, this time he poured out his heart and talked about the sentiments which Mark and Priscilla went through in all the chances of pregnancy. He said “You start making plans, and then they’re gone. It’s a lonely experience.” He further added, “Most people don’t discuss miscarriages because you worry your problems will distance you or reflect upon you. So you struggle on your own.”
As observed by Mark, his wife and the baby are in a good health and soon he will be posting more about them, as the date of delivery approaches.
In his words, “In our ultrasound, she even gave a thumbs up ‘like’ with her hand, so I’m already convinced she takes after me.”
