Arvind Kejriwal seems to be in a serious mess now! Do you want to know what happened? Well, AISSF or All India Sikh Students Federation has taken the decision of suing Arvind Kejriwal, the Delhi Chief Minister.
Reason? The CM has hurt the religious sentiments after his photo was seen on the front page of a weekly. Well, this is not the only reason; the main thing is that the photo showed him as a ‘Nihang’. Basically, a ‘Nihang’ is known for his brave acts in the battlefield and this tradition is started by Sikh Gurus.
As per reports, Karnail Singh Peermohammed, the President of AISSF said that a case was filed by a AISSF’s Delhi unit under IPC Section 295 A, which deals with deliberate and malicious acts which outrage one’s religious feelings.
He further added “We are taking a serious note of it. The photo showing Kejriwal as ‘Nihang’ has hurt the sentiments of Sikhs,”
Now, Arvind Kejriwal has 2 options, either to apologize or to face action. Already, Mr. Kejriwal is involved in a similar case wherein he hurt the religious sentiments of Sikhs after AAP’s Youth Manifesto showed Golden Temple’s picture imposed with the symbol of the party broom.
