AAP's Neta Were Mute Spectators When A Farmer Committed Suicide During Their Rally - RVCJ Media

A farmer from Rajasthan ends up his life at an Aam Aadmi Party rally at Jantar Mantar with agitation against BJP Government headed by Prime Minister Narendra Modi for land acquisition bill.

The man was known with the name of Gajendra Singh living in Nangal Jhamarwada village in Dausa of Rajasthan. The farmer is reported to have climbed the tree which was located close to the place where rally was organized and waved a broom to capture the attention f the people at the rally. Delhi chief Minister Kejriwal had just arrived at the rally. He too witnessed the incident. People tried to get him down but the farmer didn’t change his mind. Within a few seconds, he hung himself from the tree.

Though the crowd asked the police to get the man down, nobody reacted. The farmer has left a suicide note which carries the number of his wife and children. He was moved into depression after loss of his crops. He decided that death was the only way to bring him out of the current situation and so he ended his life.

The people gathered over there climbed up and brought the farmer down. He was shifted to the hospital but it was too late as he was dead.

To quote what Kejriwal said with regard to the matter, “We kept asking the police to bring him down. Police may not be in our control but at least there should be a semblance of humanity among them. I am rushing to the hospital with Manish Sisodia.”

There were so many people at the place where the incident occurred but all of them were “Mute Spectators” including the police and the politicians. It is a great shame!!
