The reports further added that there would be three male lead actors in “Paltan” – Junior Bachchan, Sooraj Pancholi and Pulkit Samrat; nevertheless, the name of Sooraj Pancholi is not yet confirmed. Just to inform, it will be the fourth movie in which Abhishek and Dutta will be working together; the other three were “Refugee”, “LOC Kargil” and “Umrao Jaan”.

Even more interestingly, “Tubelight”, the upcoming flick of Salman Dabangg Khan, is also based on the Indo-China war of 1962 and now it will be exciting to see which movie deals with the subject in a better way or entices audiences. Undoubtedly, fans have high hopes from Salman starrer “Tubelight” which shows how Sallu looks for his brother Sohail Khan who is missing, as he gets lost across the border in the course of war.

“Tubelight” is directed by Kabir Khan who has this to say about the backdrop,

“Every story requires a certain background and timeline. Tubelight required this film to be set in 1962. But there are other elements in the story. It’s a relevant story even in today’s time but we can’t reveal everything now.”

Unquestionably, “Tubelight” is one of the most awaited movies of the year and is expected to be a big blockbuster of 2017. However, it will definitely have a tough target to beat! Yes, we are talking about “Baahubali 2: The Conclusion”, which has done exceptionally well and made a whopping collection of more than Rs. 1600 crores. However, with Abhishek Bachchan’s “Paltan” which is also set in the same background, it will be interesting to see what new and exciting it brings for the audiences. Whatever, a tough competition and lots of comparisons are on the way for sure!!
