Abhishek Bachchan is one actor who although could not do wonders in the Film industry, yet everyone appreciates his wit and sarcasm which are simply second to none when he has to slam haters or make a comment on someone. The actor often has to face criticism due to his career which is not as successful as that of his family, be it his parents or wife Aishwarya.
Recently, Abhi and Aish made headlines when news of all not well between the couple started doing rounds and this all began from the premier of Aishwarya’s movie Sarbjit where Abhishek just walked away, refusing to be clicked with Aish. Just after the incident, market of rumors began to heat up with gossips but soon the actor put all the stories to rest, clarifying his action.
This is what he said, “Sorry to disappoint those who are looking for juicy gossip. We are very happy together. So far sooooo good, touchwood.” He keeps on praising his wife’s performance in the movie, saying “When I saw the film I was so moved, I couldn’t move. The sheer audacity of attempting a film on a subject so complex and layered left me overwhelmed. I was bowled over by the film and by Aishwarya’s performance.”
The proud husband couldn’t stop praising Aish stating that she is doing great career-wise apart from managing home brilliantly. In his words, “She is all there for our daughter and still able to give a hundred percent of herself to her career. Only women can be multi-taskers in the purest sense.”
Commenting over the Cannes controversy, Abhishek said,
“We Bachchans don’t fight in public. I walked away from her side so that the media could interact with her uninterrupted. After all it was her evening and her moment of glory. I was there just to support her.”
And this is seen as the epic statement from Abhishek Bachchan, hinting at the broken relationship of his ex-fiancé Karisma Kapoor. It’s not a hidden fact now that Karisma is officially separated from husband Sunjay Kapur as the couple got divorced.
Just to inform, Abhishek Bachchan and Karisma Kapoor were love birds once upon a time and got engaged officially too! However, this relationship could not reach the level of marriage as they separated before getting hitched. A number of reasons were speculated for the same, such as, Abhishek’s flop career, Babita’s displeasure and so on but no particular reason is confirmed so far.
Probably Abhishek did not say it with the intention of hurting someone’s emotions but we can’t ignore the essential idea that it does give the impression of being a comment on Karisma Kapoor’s split and her legal fight which was highlighted by media.
