Airtel has now modified its myPlan Infinity Postpaid plans and two new tariff plans available at Rs. 549 and Rs. 799 have been added to myPlan Infinity offers.

Rs. 549 postpaid myPlan Infinity provides customers with unlimited local, STD and roaming (only for incoming) calls in addition to 100 local and STD text messages/day. Subscription of Wynk movies and Wynk music is inclusive in this plan and users will also get 3GB of 4G data while the 3G connectivity users will receive 1GB internet data.

The benefits provided in the Rs. 799 postpaid myPlan Infinity are almost the same but with more data limit/month. It is offering users 5GB of 4G data while 3G data users can avail 3GB.

One point that needs special mention is that the new plans are not offering outgoing roaming calls which the old plans used to offer.

Until now, Airtel’s myPlan Infinity used to start from Rs. 1199 offering unlimited local, STD and roaming calls (incoming and outgoing), with 100 local as well as STD text messages daily plus subscription of Wynk movies and music with 6GB data for 3G connectivity and 10GB for 4G connectivity.

Airtel’s other myPlan Infinity plans are available at Rs 1,599, Rs 1,999 and Rs 2,999 and all of them offer almost same benefits, however with different data offers.

Earlier in Dec, Airtel came up with a plan which offered ‘free unlimited calls to anywhere in India’. It offered two new prepaid packs which are bundled with free voice calls with data. The plan starts at Rs. 145 and it provides free voice calls from Airtel to Airtel.

This announcement was made by the telecom giant just after a week of Jio’s announcement of extending the validity of “Happy New Year” offer till 31st March, 2017.
