Akshay Kumar, the popular Bollywood actor is famous for his diplomacy. To avoid getting caught into controversies, Akshay says things about his industry friends in a very diplomatic manner.
Currently, the star is busy in the promotions of his upcoming comedy movie ‘Housefull 3’. During the promotions, someone randomly asked him as to why his blockbuster movie ‘Baby’ didn’t receive any awards. On this, Akshay had a perfect reply!
He said “The reality of the awards is that you have to perform at the function in half the money, that’s how you win an award.” It seems that this statement of Akshay is pointing towards SRK, who always manages to win an award at popular awards ceremonies.
However, Akshay’s views aren’t the same about National awards. The star is of the opinion that National Awards are very credible. He adds that “They see your work carefully and then they let you know if they like it. If Baby was not nominated for the National Awards then it must not be that great.”
We all are aware that SRK holds the most number of awards in Bollywood. However, we aren’t sure whether Akshay really meant to point out at SRK or whether it was just a random sentence.
